Cancellations
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a regular order, a subscription order or as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Regular Orders
When you place an order, our fulfillment center works very fast. If you make a mistake making you purchase, please reach out to us immediately to support@sounfair.com and we will do our best to catch it and make the appropriate change.
Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries just prior to shipment. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time in the members portal.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. If you need to cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled, please reach out to support@sounfair.com. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
